This form is designed to assist prospective employers in posting job announcements on the Fairfield
University Electronic Jobs Bulletin Board. The information you submit here will be reviewed within
five business days by the Office of Career Planning. If your position announcement is approved, it
will then be posted to the web.
Posting a job or internship is quite simple. Simply fill out the form below. When you are finished,
you may review how your announcement will look on the web. At anytime you can edit or delete your
announcement. If you have several positions to advertise, after you have created the first, you can
copy that announcement and simply modify the description accordingly, rather than filling out the entire
form for each position. The copy function is available from the web review page.
Job Postings will remain active for 3 months. If you would like your job
posting to run past three months, revisit this site and edit your announcement (using the password you
supply in this form). Click on the "Re-Post 3 Months" link, and your job posting will be renewed for
another 3 months.
